SBI CADRE OFFICERS ON CONTRACT BASIS REQUIREMENT-2021 QUALIFICATION

1. Relationship Manager –

Educational Qualification: Graduate from a government recognized institution

Qualification Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as a Relative Manager in Wealth Management with popular public / private/foreign bank/broking/security firm.

2. Relationship Manager (Team Lead) –

Educational Qualification: Graduate from a government recognized institution

Qualification Experience:

1. Minimum 8 years experience in asset management relationships with popular public / private/foreign banks/broking/security firms.

2. Experience as a team lead is preferred.

3. Customer Relationship Executive –

Educational Qualification: Graduate from a government recognized institution

Qualification Experience:

1. Experience in documentation requirements of financial products and good communication skills would be beautiful.

Specific skills required:

1. Must have a valid driving license for two-wheeler (mandatory)

4. Investment Officer –

Educational Qualifications Of SBI CADRE OFFICERS ON CONTRACT BASIS

Undergraduate/postgraduate from a government-recognized institution.

Mandatory: Certificate by NISM / CWM Preferred: CA / CFP (up to 01/08/2021)

Qualification Experience: 5 years experience as part of an investment consultant/consultant/product team in a wealth management association.

Preferred experience:

A) Good knowledge of investing and markets across asset classes.

B) Experience in managing and managing a client portfolio.

C) Good knowledge of resource allocation and re-balancing strategies.

d) Higher presentation skills and other key skills such as leadership and teamwork.

e) Experience in fixed income, equity, and alternative market products.

5. Central Research Team (Product Lead) –

Educational Qualification: MBA / PGDM or CA / CFA from a recognized college / university

Preferred: NISM Investment Advisor / Research Analyst Certificate / CFP (up to 01/08/2021)

Qualification Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Asset Management / AMC (Mutual Fund) / Bank Equity Research / Product Experience.

Preferred experience:

A) Minimum 8 years experience in fairness / fixed income research / MF research analysis

B) Excellent knowledge of local economic trends.

c) Excellent knowledge of local primary / secondary fairness market / fixed income and PMS / AIF / MF / analytical product scheme in India.

D) Opinions about the capital market/sector trends and experience in producing research-based publications.

e) Proficiency in using Excel / Modeling Techniques / Bloomberg / Reuters / Morning Star / Crisil Database.

f) Understand all exchange-traded products including Flair, Bonds, Invite, MLD, REIT, Section 54 EC Bonds for Equity

6. Central Research Team (Support) –Educational Qualification:

Undergraduate / Postgraduate- Commerce / Finance / Economy / Management / Mathematics / Statistics from a government recognized university or institution.

Post-Qualification Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in financial services providing support in the research/publishing department.

Preferred Skills:

A) Candidate should be experienced in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.

B) Candidates should read various reports or websites and lean towards research.

c) The candidate should be able to support the research team by assembling and assisting for data analysis through various research tools/software such as Bloomberg, Router, Crisil, ICRA, etc.
